Our Story

Crowns & Castles is my passion project and created in memory of my mom, my best friend.

Picking a name for any company is not easy - especially one with such a strong personal connection. After weeks  of obsessing about this, the name was obvious and staring at me the entire time. On my coffee table  remains my favorite picture of my mom and I taken while on vacation in Mexico. Carefully nestled on the picture frame, is a plastic  crown given to her on her birthday.  Mom had a good sense of humor, she  obliged and proudly placed the crown on her head.  I honestly had no reason to think that this would be the very last birthday we would celebrate together. My mom was my queen and like other moms, deserving of a crown. “Castles” is a spiritual representation  of the beautiful home in the sky where she now lives eternally. ~ Crowns & Castles
